Today on the Bolt Action evening we played 1,000 games on tournament conditions – there were four of us – me, Jędrzej, Karol and Marek – we played two different games, me on Jędrzej and Karol on Marek – so it was Red Army on Heer and Great Britain on Heer.
Jędrzej and Marek if I’m correct goes to tournament in UK on May and they wanted to play with someone they want play, I agreed and asked Karol if he can too – with Karol we are not tournament players (I was in past in WFB 5-7th editions).

Summary: – it was nice to play 1 vs 1 on Jędrzej, we usually play bigger battles in Black Powder, jet we played some WFB game too. – with Karol we manage to build two nice tables from terrain avaible in Bolter. – we played scenario from Fortress Budapest – it was to take control over some important things placed on table, in case of my battle with Jędrzej I lost 10 to 5. – thank you all for game and shop for place to play!
Yesterday we played in Bolter.pl, Wrocław, PL game on 2000 points per side – I with Franek played on Red Army side and Karol played Germans, we were supported by Krisu at some point of the game to the end of it.
On table were four objectives and bridge – each objective was worth one dice – main objective – river crossing was our target – side with most soldiers up to 10″ could take bridge.

Summary: – another interesting scenario we played last time and I think it’s the best way to play games, – during game KV-1 and Panther tanks were destroyed, there were many lost soldiers on Soviet side, Germans loses were much smaller. – Franek – next time do your rosteer sheet – it’s easy with Easy Army. – my mortar was really good with hitting Karols infantry – I guess did biggest casultaties. – thank you all for game, wish more – unfortunately next Friday or two of them I will be off as I have some work related duties.
On Sunday/Monday night I managed to do five and half hour tournee and painted whole band of Russians for The Silver Bayonet skirmish game.
Summary: – five and half hour at night and I have one more band finished, so now it’s time to again read rules and play first game. – I have to varnish them – as they are metal models. – models if I’m correct are from North Star.
Today we played a game where were two sides – attackers and defenders and convoy of truck which was main objective – for one side to defend it and to the other to destroy. Each truck was worth four order dices in case of counting victory – for attacking side for destroying each, for defenders side for moving them from one side of board to another,
On attacker side were my Finns and Franek’s Soviet Union, on defenders side were Kriss Australians and Karol’s Germans. Each player had 750 points platoon.

Summary: – the Australians and Germans won this battle, all trucks survived but non left the road. – I losed my Sturmi antitank gun when it started duel with German Panther. – the bravest man was from Kriss scouts, fighting bravely in bulding in the middle.
On 27.02.2022 there were a battle of French and Prussia versus English – continental Europe side dominates over Anglosaxons this day. Battle took place in Bolter.pl, Wrocław, Poland.
Main target for both armies were to secure crossroads.

Summary: – I was observer there, as I was too late and my Russians didn’t fight this epic battle.
Today I played first game in Lord of the Rings with Łukasz as my mentor – we played scenario with five tokens on the board which should be secured – I guess they were some ancient tombs as Death of Dunharrow came to defend them against evil servants of Sauron. It was my first game and I know I want to play more. I’m still don’t remember most of things, but with following games it will be better and better.
Thanks for master Tolkien for writing whole universum of Middle-Earth – I read Lord of the Rings trilogy three times – now is time to read it in English. Hobbit in English was good experience (not sure when I have my original of this great book). Silmarillion and Unfinished Stories were also master pieces. Thanks to Peter Jackson for great movies – I will stay with those works and will not touch any new productions, which are politically correct – I’m not.

Today, in that sad day from the morning we played a very friendly game on 1526 points with Sambor Skavens – it was a test of some interesting works of Skaven engineers. I took Empire (belowed Middenheim – City of the White Wolf and Bergsburg – city of goddess of mercy Shallya) and Kislev (stanitsa – Wrotizla), as I have them magnetized and was able to put box with them easily to the bag.
We played on 1526 points as our friends living in Prague organize event with such points limit.

Summary of 24.02.2022: – I just wish peace beetwen Russia and Ukraine, as most of ordinary people wants to live in it, I wish international friendships which are priceless as any other. We managed to find great people in Prague, but as Pole living in Wrocław, PL I wish to have friends everywhere – Germans, Russians, Ukrainians, French, British, Americans etc. – hobby is shortest way to find interesting people. You meet person, you have a chance to knew different cultere, traditions, cuisine etc. – to be sure I’m right side and I can say, that I enjoy meeting people of different nations – in my life I found friends in other nations, especially Russians, Moldovians but also Spanish, Dutch, Belgians, Denmark, Germans, Bialorussians, Ukrainians. Found Czechs and British (or Archibald found me). We are all the same as a people.
As I love Russians, I also meet many great Ukrainians – I wish peace for both nations. Life is too short, to be victim of war.
Yesterday evening, on Thurdsay 23 we played last battle in our Budapest campaign – we used scenario supply drop where Germany tried to supply they and they ally soldiers with equipment and food by air.

Summary: – it was much better than last time, unfortunately our side losed, so Budapest stand free for some more time. – thanks for everyone for this event.
Yesterday we played another game representing siege of Budapest – after initial fail with getting into the city in previous scenario, Red Army finally reached outskirts of the city and prepared assault on the city itself.
Part of the table was recreated to be similar, to table from our first game.That plane wasn’t lucky.Hungarians and Germans prepare to defend Budapest at all costs.There are several places, where Germans stored they equipment – like goliats or workshop with Tiger tank.Red Army advances into the city.Katyusha called by my Kasia (Polish short version of Catherina/Jekaterina).With support of some Panther tanks Germans and Hungarians advanced.Hungarians took position in the ruins of some wealthy palace before.Leading T-34-85 tank „Moscow” was destroyed by Panther tank.Huraaa! Red Army soldiers run to take terrain. Brave Wehrmacht soldiers advanced under fire from Katyusha.Su-76, M3-White Scout Car and many nameless soldiers advanced.Another tank losed – still we had T-34-85 number 532 „To victory” which was my first tank I painted, when I came back to hobby after years of stagnation – many thanks for this to Planszowka.pl – Rafał, Patryk and Gargamel.Order is order, infantry advances.Brave Hungarians took cover behind barricade.Another squad of German heer move passed some damaged SDKFZ.German PAK left by it crew.Katyusha hat Hungarian anti air defense.T-34-85 destroyed Puma.Victory!(*)
Summary: – one more game and we will learn more, thank you guys Rafał from Bolter.pl, our enemies from Germans&Hungarians side: Daniel, Karol, Kuba, Maciej and our side: Franek, Krzysiu and Łukasz. Thank you all for game! – it was German and Hungarians victory(*). – at least we destroyed Panther and Puma from vehicles.
Today we started Budapest campaign where Red Army attempted to take capital of Hungary from march. On they way stood German panzers from feline family, famous Tigers I, Konigtigers and the best of them – Panthers. We played in Bolter in company of good comrades – thank you Ostrów for coming to us.

Summary: – thank you guys for great game! – especially people responsible for Order Dices – I always forget at some moment about them 😉 . – as better is always enemy of good, I will think what we can improve during such epic games.
