🇵🇱 Dzisiaj w domu handlowym Astra, a konkretnie w Planszóweczce, rozegraliśmy desant w Normandii. Połączone siły anglo-amerykańskie, dowodzone przez Cacymiła, Pawła i mnie, starły się z Niemcami pod dowództwem Dominika, Huberta i Andrzeja.

Każdy z alianckich graczy miał do dyspozycji 800 punktów oraz barki desantowe. Po stronie niemieckiej na każdego gracza przypadało 600 punktów, a dodatkowo obrońcy dysponowali bunkrami i dwoma polami minowymi na głowę – choć połowę z nich zneutralizował ostrzał przygotowujący natarcie. Muszę przyznać, że zaskoczył mnie brak Churchilla AVRE u Cacymiła – ten pojazd idealnie pasowałby do takiej bitwy.

🇬🇧 Today, at the Astra shopping centre – more precisely at Planszóweczka – we played a Normandy landing scenario. The combined Anglo-American forces, commanded by Cacymił, Paweł, and myself, clashed with the Germans under the command of Dominik, Hubert, and Andrzej.

Each Allied player had 800 points at their disposal, along with landing craft. On the German side, each player had 600 points, and the defenders also had bunkers and two minefields each – although half of them were neutralised by the preparatory bombardment. I have to admit, I was surprised by the lack of a Churchill AVRE in Cacymił’s force – that vehicle would have been a perfect fit for such a battle.

Podsumowanie:
– Major Pawła poprowadził skutecznie natarcie w centrum – prawdziwy bohater z zwykłym Coltem 0.45. Sporo spustoszenia zrobił również samolot.
– I w końcu pancerzownica dopadła zapalniczkę Ronsona (mojego weterana – M4 Shermana). Była to 8 albo 9 tura – Alianci mimo olbrzymich strat wygrali. Gra była bardzo wyrównana i dzięki Hubertowi który losował kości dość dynamicznie szła do przodu.
– Oby więcej takich gier!
