Warhammer 40,000 2nd edition: First blood Środa, Wrz 8 2021 

Imperial Guards and Space Marines and Warhammer 40k tancreddebeauville 21:16

Today we played with Marian our first game in old edition of Warhammer 40,000 and it was much more interesting for me than last editions of this game. So I need to look for rulebook, some dices and army book for Imperial Guards.

  • As first I set up some ruins.
  • Imperial Guard on 1000 points.
  • Space Marines on 1000 points.
  • Imperial Guard deployed first.
  • Then Space Marines deployed.
  • Ultramarines scouts on the roof.
  • First shoot of mortars and each of them had misfire.
  • Command group advanced behind Leman Russ.
  • Ultramarines terminators advanced along splitted Tactical Squads.
  • Chimera was destroyed, but before end – moved 3″ forward and exploded.
  • Final scene of our first game, as time runned out.

Summary:
– thank you Marian for interesting game and we should repeat it soon.

🇵🇱 W końcu udało mi się ukończyć kilka modeli, które zacząłem malować już jakiś czas temu. Nadal czeka jeszcze kilka kolejnych – albo na dokończenie, albo nawet dopiero na rozpoczęcie.

🇬🇧 I finally managed to finish some models that I had started painting quite a while ago. There are still a few more waiting to be finished – or even started at all.

🇵🇱 Wyczekiwane wsparcie powietrzne, które wreszcie można wystawić na stole bitewnym. Dodałem wyrzutnie rakiet oraz strzelców pokładowych. Nareszcie będę mógł zrzucać desanty Gwardii w punkty oddalone od głównej linii frontu.

Na koniec możliwe, że wprowadzę tu jeszcze jakieś poprawki. To pierwszy tak duży model, jaki zrobiłem od 20 lat — wcześniej był tylko Sikorsky S-92.

🇬🇧 The long-awaited air support can finally be deployed on the tabletop. I added rocket pods and door gunners. At last, I will be able to drop Guard units onto points far away from the main front line.

In the end, I may still make a few corrections here. This is the first model of this size that I have built in 20 years — the only earlier one was the Sikorsky S-92.
