Today we played a game on 1.000 points in WFB 7th edition. My Bretonnians vs Alessandro Dwarfs. We find a table in Bolter.pl. Alessandro was faster, so he placed scenery.

  • Most of Bretonnians stand in the left and middle.
  • They were painted around twenty years ago – I know, that I will repaint them as I really like those models.
  • Dwarfs covering all the field with they crossbows and bolt thrower.
  • Crossbowmen wreck panic among squires.
  • Gyrocopoter flow to hid behind rock.
  • First knights fell from bolt thrower. Men at arms suffered from gyrocopter and crossbowmen fire.
  • Knights managed to destroy bolt thrower crew and regrouped.
  • Archers managed to score two wounds on gyrocopter.
  • This time knights charged, but were soon…
  • …overrunned and destroyed. This day belongs to the Dwarfs.

Summary:
– it was good game as always.
– with Alessandro we had discussion and next battle will be on more points, but we still reserve less points for players who are painting and newcomers.
– we talked about detail for events – special characters. Now I have mindfuck.
– I’m closer and closer to find time and wrote about current Games Workshop products which can be still used in WFB.
