Settlements in northern Bretonnia from time to time were burning, they citizens dissapeard to be never saw again. On the order of the King Louen Lencouer baron Louis de Beauville started investigation in coastal area of Lyonesse to check what is going on and who is responsible for acts of destruction and thievery.

A foggy morning in the village of Douai, knights and men-at-arms are preparing to set off – when suddenly a crying girl with a teddy bear ran into the village – what happend? Damsel of the lady Elena asked in a soothing voice. They came from nowhere, they catched villagers. Gotrek stumbled out of the tavern – they’re here – Druchii – he spat on the ground – then let’s put them to the ground!

Settlement of Douai.
Several days before battle Gotrek and Felix arrived to local tavern.
Bretonnians ready to bravely defend Douai.
Lady Joan – one of the few ladies knowing how to use sword.
Druchii cames for slaves and treasures.
Bretonnians around they leader charged to break invaders lines.
Gotrek and Felix runned to help archers.
Knights of the Realm charge was stopped, Druchii assasin jump on brave Bretonnian warriors.
Archers attempt to stop Druchii with volley of arrows.
If you not break enemy, enemy will attack you from all sides.
Then will pursue you. Brave knights losed combat and runned into the village.
Brave charge of Bretonnian commoners and battle standard bearer.
Knights rallied around they leader, Gotrek and Felix turn back to the main square.
Bretonnian knights won combat and get in touch with Druchii corsairs.
Baron Louis during retreat took crying girl with teddy bear and run as fast as his horse could.
Felix got heavy wound and Gotrek after that wiped out unit of Druchii…
but soon was surrounded and due mercy of Shallya survived with Felix, under pile of Druchii corpses.

Summary:
– we played scenario from Dark Elves 6th edition army book.
– one of my charges could be game changer, but wasn’t.
– with many loots and slaves Druchii marched back to they ships.
